You can now choose a monthly or annual subscription when renewing your software licenses. Subscriptions make it easy to stay current with updates, new features, and support. A Subscription removes the need to log in and renew manually.
Who Can Set Up a Subscription?
Only users with the Owner, Admin, or Purchaser roles you’ve assigned in your Axcitement Customer Portal can set up a subscription.
How It Works:
- Log in to the Axcitement Customer Portal
- Select the licenses you want to renew
- At checkout, choose to renew them with a monthly or annual subscription:
- Monthly: Pay as you go
- Annual: One yearly payment with built-in savings
Your licenses will automatically renew using your saved payment method based on the option you choose.
